Lil Phil's is a no nonsense pub located in Fells Point on South Broadway next to Alexander's and Blarney Stone.  The sign reads above the bar, "Ain't nothing fancy here."  The owner told me he was tired of themed bars.  The kitchen will be opening in April 2010, and will feature classic pub grub options.  Phil's closing shot, cold beer in front, pool table in the back.  Stop in, have fun, take a cab home.
