Diablita is an awesome spot located off of Bank Street. It is walking distance from Harbor East and it is walking distance from Fells.  The location has a very rustic feel.  The tables are made of a soft wood but the look is appreciated.  There are several large doors spread out across the lounge.  After you go to Diablita for drinks stop over at Red Star for a completely different feel.  They are located on Wolfe in Fells and stay open till 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.
